architecture parallax coincidence 2020

tower babel

parallax coincidence is an open-ended series of collected objects that resemble the Tower of Babel, an architectonic type.

each photographic collage is constructed from seven images that are photographed by spinning the photos onto itself, creating various positions, a parallax coincidence.

the original image is viewed upside down, an 'upside down world'.

a continuation and development of the [architecture parallax : all things considered 2016-2018] series ''upside down world'

each image is then produced as a lenticular final print.

every time you shift your position you will see another view of the same object; an architecture parallax.
